Bookkeeping and Internal Controls

Success cannot be measured without a proper accounting system, which ensures all business transactions are recorded and reconciled in a manner that facilitates management and taxation. This ensures that financial statements produced state a true and fair view, and actual amounts incurred reflect the budget put in place, with recommendations captured in the monthly management reports.
Taxation
Individuals, as well as companies, are required to file and pay taxes as laid down in the Tax Act. Taxation-like management is another reason why keeping proper books of accounts is a requirement, which reports are used to facilitate the calculation of various taxes. We advise on tax planning and help to achieve timely calculations of the same and also return to ensure compliance.
This includes payroll-related statutory deductions like pay-as-you-earn, National Social Security Fund, Social Health Insurance Fund, Nita levy, and Helb; also business-related taxes like value-added tax, Electronic Tax Invoice through ETIMs, withholding tax and withholding VAT, income tax or turnover tax, excise duty, and rental income tax-MRI, which is all remitted through iTax.
Audit
